5Thank you for your interest in registering for JHTC! Below is the class schedule for next school year. The registration links will go live on February 1, 2017 for current JHTC families. (February 15, 2017 for new families.) We have two options for registering. Please see as follows:

“ANNUAL (Fall & Spring Semesters 2017-2018)”

  • February 1, 2017–Registration begins for current families
  • February 15, 2017–Registration begins for new families
  • February 15, 2017–Acceptance letter sent out to currently enrolled families
  • March 1, 2017–Acceptance letter sent out to new enrolled families
  • March 7, 2017–50% of “Annual” option tuition due
  • August 1, 2017–Remaining 50% of “Annual” option tuition due
  • July 31, 2017–Full tuition refunded if withdraw by this date for the “Annual”option (minus $30 processing fee)
  • August 1, 2017-August 31, 2016–If withdraw during this time 50% of tuition refund available (minus $30 processing fee)
  • August 15, 2017–Late fee assessed for any unpaid “Annual” tuition
  • September 1, 2017–No refunds after this date

2017-2018 Class Schedule—Classes meet once weekly for two hours with a qualified pre-school educator.

1) REGISTRATION Information

Registration Fee—A $30 non-refundable application fee is required for each online registration submission payable via PayPal at the time your application is submitted. This fee helps to cover administrative costs for our all-volunteer administration.

Class Fees & Sibling Discounts: $600 (annual) or $325 (per semester) per child; There is a 5% discount for siblings.

Tuition Payment Schedule—Upon acceptance into the program, you will be asked to submit tuition based upon your enrollment term selection (annual or per semester). Please see above enrollment option for payment schedule.

Refund Policy—Refunds due to unexpected early withdrawal from the program will be managed on a case-by-case basis, please contact the VP of Registration to discuss your situation. Refunds will be considered based on the schedule listed above under the enrollment option you select.

2) COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM by clicking “JHTC Online Registration 2017-2018” below. For your convenience, we have included progress bar (%) at the bottom of each page. There are 15 pages total, please do not move onto the payment until you have received the confirmation page that indicates that your form has been submitted. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the form to increase your view on any page of the form.

Please note: THE REGISTRATION LINK IS FOR CURRENT FAMILIES ONLY at this time. If you’re NOT a JHTC family and you register with this link before 12:01 a.m. on February 15, 2017, your registration will be voided and you’ll still need to register starting February 15. 2017.
